Early Childhood Community Systems Specialist

Jefferson County Community Partnership (JCCP) is seeking an Early Childhood Community Systems Specialist to lead and facilitate the development and tracking of community initiatives work. Early Childhood and Youth Success will be the focus of the work and will involve working with other nonprofits, services, childcare businesses, and agencies, and a variety of community leaders, to develop, carryout, and measure results of community strategies addressing Early Childhood and Youth Success.

JCCP is looking for a candidate who is an energetic, self-starter, with strong organizational and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Early Childhood, not afraid to talk to strangers, and who can pull together people and lead a meeting. Experience with data gathering and analysis is a plus. Nonprofit experience and an extensive knowledge of Jefferson County is preferred. This position reports to the Executive Director. Must be able to pass a background check.
