Working to create a better future in Jefferson County
Program Coordinators network throughout the county to examine and address issues such as health, safety, education, and youth development. This empowers our community to use strengths, resources and vision to achieve positive changes.
Early Childhood initiatives provide education, resources and support to parents. These county wide programs are aimed at increasing the number of children who are ready to enter school.
Community initiatives serve at-risk populations such as low-income families and residents, and individuals with disabilities, with resources and services to assist them with productive, independent living.

Jefferson County Community Partnership is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our Non-Profit Organization is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We make sure our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals and communities.
