Our Programs
Making a Difference in Jefferson County
Community Teams are established throughout the county to examine and address issues such as health, safety, education, transportation and youth development. These teams enable communities to use their strengths, resources and vision to achieve positive changes.
Early Childhood initiatives provide trainings, resources and support to child care providers and low income parents. These county wide programs are aimed at increasing the number of center who are ready to enter school.
Mentoring initiatives link individuals and families to support systems with the purpose of helping them become more self-sustaining.
