Resource DirectoryThe Jefferson County Community Resource Directory is available to all agencies and supporting service providers of Jefferson County. The Community Resources Directory is a comprehensive listing of public service agencies, organizations and other entities. Formed in 1979, the Jefferson County Community Services Forum is a network of helping professionals representing various agencies, organizations, schools, churches, and concerned citizens who meet monthly to share concerns and resources available to Jefferson County residents. The Community Resource Guide is a collaborative effort of Division of Family Services, Jefferson County Community Forum and JCCP.
