Twin City Toyota Conducts Hammers of Hope Fund Raiser
On March 27th, Twin City Toyota in Herculaneum held a fund raiser for Hammers of Hope. They invited Brad Boyes of the St. Louis Blues to come and autograph one of his team jerseys and donate it to be raffled off to raise money for Hammers of Hope. Twin City Toyota has championed this effort and tickets are selling for $1 a chance or six chances for $5. The drawing with be on Friday April 16th and you do not have to be present to win.
So head on down to Twin City Toyota in Herculaneum and test drive a new car and then go over to the cashiers window and purchase your chance to win an autographed Brad Boyes Blues jersey.
You can buy chances by clicking on the "Make a Donation" button. It will allow you to get 6 chances for $5. (There is a 50 cents processing fee for online donations) The drawing will be April 16th. All proceeds go to fund Hammers of Hope.
Give Kids a Smile Triage Day
Saturday, April 17 and May 1st
Give Kids a Smileis a national program sponsored by the ADA, serves to provide dental care for children in need at no cost. JCCP hosts this event for its local community annually. Local dentists, hygienists, assistants, and other community volunteers get involved for a day of free check-ups, cleanings, and restorative care.

Saturday, April 17, 2010 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 1, 2010 9:00 a. m. - 3:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 22, 2010, is Restorative Day (fillings, sealants, etc.) at dental offices to be announced later 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Ages are 5 to 18 years old. Kids must have
Medicaid or no dental insurance at all.

The 15th Annual Volunteer Banquet
For more than a decade Jefferson County Community Partnership (JCCP) has offered a recognition event for county volunteers to commemorate National Volunteer Month in April. This year we will "Get Jazzed with Jefferson County Volunteers!" The nonprofit community has an opportunity to share this effort and express gratitude to an invaluable resource...volunteers.
"Get Jazzed with Jefferson County Volunteers!" will be held Tuesday, April 20th from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. The cost is $10/person, which includes a two-entrée buffet, entertainment, a keynote speaker, and volunteer recognition. Volunteers are encouraged to invite their spouses to this fellowship of volunteers. We hope you will consider sponsoring those individuals who add value to your mission.
