Ameren Missouri, Jefferson County Health Department and Jefferson County Community Partnership’s program Hammers of Hope have teamed up with Cool Down St. Louis to help avoid heat-related illnesses and deaths for those without air conditioning.

ELIGIBLE CLIENTS MUST RESIDE IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, MO.  You may access the application via the link below.  Once your situation and income have been verified, you may be eligible to receive a FREE/NO COST window unit for your home.
