Home Repair Program

Providing Assistance to Jefferson County Homeowners in Need

This program is designed to provide safety independence and accessibility for low-income elderly and disabled Jefferson County Missouri homeowners with health and safety repair needs. HOH does not do emergency repairs or maintenance services. Applicants must not have the means or ability to do the work themselves.  

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be a Jefferson County, Missouri resident

  • You must have owned and lived in your home for the past three years

  • Your income cannot exceed 200% of the federal poverty level

  • Property Taxes must be paid up to date

  • You must complete the application in full and provide documents

  • You must provide the following documentation:

    • Proof of Income (Social Security Benefit letter, SSI, Child Support, 2 months’ paycheck stubs, Food Stamps, etc.)

    • ID (driver’s license)

    • 2 months of most recent bank statements

    • Homeowners insurance declarations

    • Additional Requirements May Apply
